By 2020, there will be 50 billion connections to the internet - anything that can benefit from an internet connection will be connected. We are already starting to see this today. Over the last 3-4 years Company has invested billions of dollars to move from a #1 position in Wireless Infrastructure (where we have >50% market share) to take claim as the #1 in Converged Infrastructure…end-to-end. l   Develop Continuous Integration FW and Automation FW and varies web based tools to continuously help our organization improve working efficiency (e.g. design,test and management efficiency) and improve our products' quality

l   Support test script development and trouble shooting

l   End-to-end responsibility (i.e. design, coding, test and deployment) for developed tools. Follow up usage of tools/frameworks and provide daily support to internal users.

l   Collect/clarify requirement with internal users, and break down requirements to small tasks. Deliver under Agile Ways of Working.

l   Make plan for your task, follow development process, and ensure quality of developed tools.

l   Follow up the trend in Test Automation industry and Web industry, investigate relevant technologies and continously leverage proper technologies and exsiting experience for development tasks in order to get high efficiency & quality.

l   Always challenge current situation and propose innovative ideas to continuously improve our tools/Ways of Working

 

l   Bachelor or Master in Computer Science or Telecom

l   Good Object Oriented design skill

l   Proficient in Java, Java Scripts and script programming (preferablly Perl), Python scripting experience is a plus

l   Experienced in Database design and Web application design

l   With SW test mindset for different level of test activities, e.g. unit, functional and system level

l   With IP networking knowledge, and knowledge about IP routing protocol is a plus

l   Has innovative thinking, a quick learner

l   Challenge current situation in order to improve

l   Good analysis capability, good team-work spirit and willing to take challenge

l   Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace environment

l   Fluent in oral & written English, good communication skill

l   Demonstrated SW architecture design skill and leadership skill (only for Senior engineer)
