Responsibility:
• Service delivery mainly performing data collection, analysis and customer report on mobile network data on end-user experience and service/application quality
• Pre-sales support on demand
• Design & Optimization tool development and maintenance;
• Continuous innovation & improvement on the efficiency of network design & optimization service delivery;
• Re-use and share knowledge within the company;
Competence Description:
• Competences must have:
1. Degree bachelor or above
2. Deep understanding on mobile network end-user experiences and service/app quality
3. One or more following development competences or knowledge:
a. Big data development
b. Perl – at least two years Perl development experience
c. C/C++ - at least one year C/C++ development experience
d. Linux – System Admin Skills(Linux server virtualization experience is a plus)
e. DBA/Postgresql/MS SQL Database Skills
f. Java programming skill – at least two years Java development experience
g. Good OOD/OOP capability
h. Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, tomcat;
i. Web development experience. (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, ExtJS/JQuery);
j. strong with SQL programming;
k. DBA/Oracle Database Skills
l. Oracle ETL design/development
4. Fluent spoken and written English (International working experience is a plus)
5. Good communication(customer engagement skill is a plus)
