A verification engineer works on system/solution level to ensure the delivery quality fulfilling customer requirements.

l   Ensure the technical requirement on the system fulfilled according to customer and business needs

l   Verify system characteristics and identify the bottleneck of the system and solution

l   Analyze and verify third party products

l   Participate in product requirement analysis and propose test strategy

l   Prepare test specification, execute test case, issue Trouble Reports and follow up Trouble Report status

l   Participate on site customer acceptance activities and do troubleshooting on the found problems

l   Act as contact interface regarding test issues, represent in external review/discussion, including customer discussion and presentation.

l   Contribute in process development and improvement, including identifying and designing/developing test tools.

 

l   University Bachelor or Master Degree in any of the following majors: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering with more than Three years experience in related field is required.

l   Familiar with UNIX/LINUX platform and its administration, UNIX/LINUX script and tools

l   Familiar with Software testing methods and tools, especially automation test

l   Experience on Oracle DB for UNIX platform is an advantage.

l   Knowledge of Telecommunications (GSM/GPRS and WCDMA systems) OSS is an advantage

l   Have the passion to secure software product quality via verification activities

l   Can work independently, easy to work with and strong team work spirit.

l   Ability to learn new technology quickly and apply to work tasks.

l   Good English communication skills (both in written and verbal), able to express own thinking clearly
