We are currently looking for a Software Configuration Management Engineer with a developer/technical profile to drive and cover the following responsibilities:

l   control the baseline for building the product

l   implement and communicate guidelines for branching, tagging etc

l   assist in implementing build procedures for manual builds as well as automatic builds for Continous Integration

l   communicate and perform official builds until automatic build procedure is implemented

 

l   Advanced knowledge/experience of GIT/Gerrit, code review workflow.

l   Script programming (shell,  python, Perl), possible to development automation tools.

l   Advanced knowledge for build/CI system: Jenkins, Maven, Nexus

l   Advanced knowledge of Linux (SuSE, Redhat), understand virtualization and cloud(KVM, Openstack ).

l   Knowledge of distribution development environment & git solution

l   Understand development process and handling of software

l   CM theory knowledge.
