Position Responsibilities & Tasks:
As a Customer Support Engineer, your main responsibilities are to together with your team:
l   Work on Customer Service Request (CSR) to solve customer problems from their network, with quality and efficiency,
l   Communicate with people from Customer Units to proceed with their request,
l   Communicate with Product Development to make sure the product implementation/correction will fulfill the requirement, and contribute to product quality,
l   Cooperate with global HUBs to secure follow-the-sun cases,
l   Work on customer projects on-site or remotely to help region success.

Experience/knowledge within the following areas is required:
l   Good knowledge in GPRS, WCDMA and EPC systems
l   Good knowledge in Linux and Unix
l   Good knowledge in EPC system architecture
l   Good knowledge in routers and switches
 
Experience/knowledge within the following areas is considered as a plus:
l   Radio competence
l   Software development
l   Knowledge in scripting
l   Network Integration and Verification
l   2~3 years working experiences in EPC area is preferred
l   1~2 years working experiences in router is preferred
l   GPRS/EPC customer support experiences is preferred
