PDU IP NMS is part of Development Unit Network Control & Analytics within BUCI. Head office is located in San Jose with sites in Genoa and Beijing.

In FDC NMS Beijing we have the responsibility for packet feature development. We have functionalities of System & Technology, Development, System integration & verification, Design Maintenance and PIDS.

As line manager for development team, you will report to Head of FDC Beijing, being a member of FDC Beijing Leadership team.

Good understanding of IP Transport product and OSS/NMS system.

Knowledge in IP and Ethernet services, like L2/L3 VPN, E-Line/E-LAN, MPLS-TP, IP/MPLS, RSTP, ERP are preferred

Good insight of the new technology of SDN, Cloud, Big Data and Orchestration

Ability to manage complexity and able to simplify, abstract and articulate.

Good knowledge of Agile and Streamline software development methodologies

Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels and comfortable in cross-cultural environment.

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in collaboration with other technologists at all levels.

Proficiency in English both verbally and in writing is a must.
