Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.

• Full responsible for application verification including Company strategic apps

• Responsible for generate test strategy for cross project dependencies, risks and activities.

• Responsible for ensuring those projects are properly planned, communicated and progressed throughout the project lifecycle.

• Suggest solutions for resolution based on good understanding in project handling

• Develop and maintain the long term sustainable development of verification service to cover different project global vise

 

1. Test Plan and Strategy management:

Re-evaluate the test strategy to adjust for new information, changing risks and shifting priorities. Identify test-creation standards and guidelines, identify HW/SW for test environment, assign testers and responsibilities, define test schedule and test methodologies for executing, design plans for best possible utilization of the resource allocated for test cycles ensuring optimum test coverage

2. Automation test:

Develop automation script (programming) and execution guidelines during feature dev phase.

3. Project handling

Familiar with project management, define scope and schedule, monitor and control the project.

- Execution management: Devise an efficient test execution flow/mechanism with existing tools and reusable artifacts.

- Quality Management: With quality mind set, to define methods for effective defect management, know the severity of the defects, tracking defects and summarize the quality of application under test

- Technical and information support: Provide test technical support to develop teams and test vendor teams.

- Finish test request with suggestion: Finish test task within given time and give quality report and advice of the quality or design.

- User story and test cases communication: Cases update according to dev changing: Manage changes to requirement with dev teams, make requirement can be traceability, make sure test case commitment from dev team

- Technology communication: Should be familiar with mobile test technologies, including test activities and test methodologies, manual test and automation test solution.

 

1. At least 3 year test experience

2. At least 2 year test management(test leader) experience

3. At least 1 years test automation (script development) experience with scripting/programming languages such as Java, shell, Python, VB, Perl, C, C#, C++…

2. Familiar with mobile phone test technologies(android is preferred)

2. Familiar with software test technologies and process

3. Good English communication skills
