Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.

Telephony  issue analysis and fix, new feature development and maintenance.

 

1. Play technical role in mobile communication (Telephony FWK  part) trouble shooting, narrow down the root cause and solve problems or coordinate the platform vendor to fix these issues.

2. New feature development according to the customer’s requirements, including necessary design document writing; existing Feature porting to new platform; feature related maintenance.

3. Working with verification team to support the different test and verification, ensure timely and accurate technical communications.

4. Support project for requirement analysis, SOC and vendor integration; Technical interface towards vendors, especially Qualcomm and MTK.

5. Resource line activities includes new technical study etc.

 

1. Strong experience in Android platform and Java programming;

Experience on  RIL is big plus;

2. Knowledge and experience in Modem RIL side is desired;

experience of Qualcomm and MTK platforms is a plus;

3. Good communication skills in English;

Effective communication and interpersonal skills;

Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules.
