We are now, for location in Beijing, looking for an Experienced Subject mater Expert, SME in for the Core and O&M functional area including routers interaction with management systems, users and related technologies. Work tasks include:

 

·    Definition of new packet functionality

·    Supporting design organization continously

·    Support market activities as a technical lead in own area

·    Drive Performance & Scalability improvements in router products

·    End-to-end network scenario definition for proper interoperability

·    IPR, Standardization and Innovation

·    Prototype implementation

You should have/be:

·    A passion for packet functionality and data networks

·    Experience from design of norht bound interfaces incl, CLI, Netconf, SNMP

·    Very strong analytical and logical skill

·    A creative and curiosity way of working leading to continuous improvements

·    Strong ability to cooperate with peers.

·    Enjoy sharing your knowledge and skills

·    Strong soft skills for negotiation, influencing and decision making.

·    Open minded and willing to accept new challenges.

You should have the technical background of:

·    Master of Science Degree from Technical University

·    Extensive Programming experience, preferably 10+ years.

·    Extensive experience from Network managment systems and Router or Switch functionality and network design

·    Broad R&D working experience is an advantage i.e. test, SW design, System Design etc
