Company Mediaroom is a full-featured video platform for operators to deliver an IPTV-based Pay-TV subscription services including content-protected live, DVR, video on demand, and applications. These services can be delivered to the consumers on a range of devices inside and outside the home, including wired and WiFi set top boxes, Xbox 360, PCs, tablets, smartphones and other connected devices - over both operator's managed IP networks as well as Over The Top (OTT)/unmanaged networks.

The Mediaroom Group is dedicated to develop Mediaroom product at both of server and client. Mediaroom China group, an important part of global Mediaroom group, takes more responsibilities for feature development, feature test, products sustaining test and end to end solution providing.

 

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to join our exciting team. To be successful in this role, you should have deep experience in developing well researched product roadmaps, customer focused product design, core leadership skills, the ability to integrate internal and external partners in development, and the ability to inspire the team around your product vision.

 

 

- Based on customer research and requirements determine product investments.

- Develop the detail product plan by writing specifications, using prototypes, can collaborating with other functional teams.

- Define innovative user interfaces and interaction styles which result in improved user productivity, discoverability and simplicity

- Work across PM/Dev/Test/UX disciplines within as well as within partner teams in Mount View and Beijing

 

- 5-7 years working experience in software development/testing and at least 4 years in project management are required.

- Have gone through multiple complete product release cycles for large scale enterprise applications or complex web applications

- Fluent in English, both oral and written

- Strong communication skills and interpersonal awareness to work collaboratively with a diverse set of people across groups and organizational levels

- Excellent planning and organizational skills required

- Demonstrated customer focused innovation

- Be results driven. Strong problem solving skills and cross-group collaboration skills are desired

- In depth hands-on, working knowledge of Microsoft Server products, .NET, C++/C#, and Linux is a plus

- BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
