1. Responsible for application testing in ASD Application test center and provide test service to all the application and service testing in SOMC.

2. Responsible for ensuring that test requests from app teams are properly planned, communicated and progressed throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Drive improvement for Department level

4. Keep communication regularly with other managers  within the organization on project statement;

5. Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboard and providing career development planning and opportunities. Empower employees to take responsibility for their jobs and goals. Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.

 

1. Strong Leadship and provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures

2. PM skill: Risk management;  Collect key project metrics, analyze data and apply business knowledge to improve project execution

3. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely and to ability to facilitate meetings.
