Customer Project Executive

Job Summary
The customer project executive is accountable for the e2e planning and execution (Financial and Operational) from pre-sales to delivery of large and complex projects including HW/SW and Services according to the contract and assignment fulfillment. The customer project executive owns the relationship with Senior management and C-suite from customer and is the main interface towards Operations and Sales organization in the region and globally.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
l Responsible for Project Sales and Delivery Execution of “key” identified projects for Company Group
l Build and Lead Project Team. Drive team to execute and fulfill assignment
l Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and escalations
l Implement Project Governance model internally and externally
l Handle customer and stakeholder engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
l Manage project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
l Drive change control, both internally and externally
l Develop the business: participate to contract preparation and to pre-sales meeting
l Develop the CPM discipline: simplify processes, methods and tools with innovative ideas
l Participate in knowledge sharing and coaching to other CPEs

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Extensive experience from leading large project/programs worldwide in Telecom sector for 10+ years
• Senior leadership positions in Operations and Sales (interfaced with Commercial and/or Operational responsible of multi country units, CTO, COO, KAM, Operations Head)
• Experience from ICT domain, operator, service provider or consulting firms and proven record from consulting and project finance
• Bachelors level (Master’s level preferred)
• Proven ability to identify and collect add on sales
• English other languages a plus
• Internationally recognized certification such as PMP or PgMP by PMI or IPMA-C or Prince2
• International experience
