Pls. input at least 3-5 most important R&R of this position which should cover 80% of job required for this position.

• Support China Mobile and China Unicom CA test including Lab and Field test.

• Radio signaling testing (L2/L3) for core platform, Verify N/W IOT in Lab and Live N/W.

• Test case design, log analysis and troubleshooting

• Report Modem and protocol stack test results to platform project.

• Communicate with Platform Vendors and Network Vendors to verify issues and trouble shooting

• Assisting manager for Test Strategy formulation

• Has overall product knowledge and is able to guide both junior and senior team members

 

Qualification_Basic:

•      

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunication or EE

• In-depth understanding of 3GPP specifications.  Good experience on FDD LTE, TDD LTE WCDMA, TD-SCDMA, and GSM.

• Strong technical experience on signaling simulator and protocol analysis tool

• Strong technical knowledge of mobile network system

• Strong communication skill and team work.

• Fluent oral and written English.

• Excellent trouble shooting skill and communication skill.

• Strong project management experience

 

Specific Qualification

• Software Analysis & Design knowledge/experience is needed while also having a solid background in Software Quality & Testing.

• Extensive Technical skills covering Product, Technologies and Competitive knowledge. (E.g. Telecommunication, WAP, MMS, Voice Call, SMS, DRM, AT commands and DM…)

• Knowledge of current industry wide Quality & Test processes and practices, Tools and techniques

• Experience with Operator/Customer Acceptance Test is a mandatory.

• Ability to work with teams. The ability to collaborate and co-operate is important

• Excellent communication skills - within and outside of the team.

• Be able to do pre-study of new technical requirement and predefine the test environment and test method

• Be able to design the test specification according to the requirement with easy reading and could get satisfied quality and good coverage

• Expert in test case design, maintain and optimization.
