Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.

Responsible for planning and running concept, pre-studies and projects to support our product roadmap according to the applicable process from concept, pre-study, feasibility study, project execution, product design, test and verification, to launch in market on time and until product EOL

Works independently and receives general direction from Senior Management.

 

1. Securing completion of the targets and the deliverables, within given and agreed framework for time, scope, resources and budget.

2. To follow up on all project KPIs and project budget and suggestion corrective actions

3. Initiate and drive business optimization  activities, throughout the product lifecycle

4. To provide Pre-study/Feasibility Project Plan, Project Execution Plan, Pre-study/Feasibility Project Directive and Project Execution Directive

5. Maintaining a coordinated main project schedule, including alignment with

   SW release schedules

   Prototype processes

   Approvals processes

   Execute the project through MSs and TGs in accordance with the Global TTM Process

Other Manage reporting for line and steering function

      Represent the project in various line forums

 

Execute Projects according to process and project specification.

Plan, schedule and execute the project within the given framework of time/ budget/ resources

Take action and decisions within the directive of the project, in order to be able to execute the assigned project

Prioritize resources within the project

In high volume, hold production if needed.

 

1. Strong Project management skills competences such as Planning, negotiation, influence, documenting, communication, decision taking, identify risks and risks management, time management, presentation to top management

2. Practice good leadership, self-motivated and self-improvement is must

3. Positive mindset and team work is highly valuable

• Development knowledge within telecommunication, Electronic consumer products

• Needs to be creative, innovative and flexibility

• Good analytical skills and strong communication skills

• Good knowledge on managing different resources from different cultures or countries

• Ability to use MS Project application Software

• Needs to be strong in keeping all relevant documents

• Spoken and written English is a must
