Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.

Manage test project fulfilling Convergence test against SOMC products

 

1. Create test project plan, lead project team fulfilling test plan; test plan including time plan, test scope, resource plan, communication plan, prototype plan, etc.; measure test project progress against predefined goal and KPI, manage project risk when executing the test project plan.

2. Manage test project reporting, including weekly report, MS report and TG/QCP recommendation report

3. Manage defect/issue through test project toward to end of state with prioritized project intent; be the accountable of defect/issue in the test project

4. Manage and coordinate test project assignee on each project role assigned by line manager; drive deliveries for the test project out from other peers outside project team or organization

5. Manage report to line stakeholders who directly or indirectly steering the test project
