Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.

As a project manager, he/she should have in-depth PM knowledge of a variety of skills and methodologies used both inside and outside of the company and work across functional organizations to control projects quality and ensure on time delivery.

 

1.  Actively drive and lead project to success including project planning, 

     execution,  resource management and etc.

     Make sure project progress on-track. 

2.  Help team members resolving problems/issues.

     Report/escalate problem to higher management team if it cannot be fixed in  

     project level.

 

1.  Good communication skill, team work spirit.

     Solid knowledge on project management, PMP is a plus.

     Excellent in oral and written English.

2.  Familiar with mobile industry, Android platform.

     Familiar with Android application development.

     It’s a plus that familiar with tools using in the development procedure, such 

     as GIT/Gerrit, Jenkins, C2D.

3.  Passion, good leadership.
