Test activity management, including task break down, allocation, tracking, trouble shooting and reporting.

 

1. Test effort estimation and task planning.

2. Test task break down and resource allocation in both internal and external.

3. Test tracking, trouble shooting and reporting.

4. Test devices management and coordination.

5. Project summary and efficiency improvement.

 

1. 3-8 years experienced in mobile phone SW development or testing management.

2. Deep knowledge and experience in following aspects:

   •  System test strategy and methodologies, including reliability, efficiency and     

       functionality. 

   •  Android phones development process and tool chains.

   •  Skilled at technical discussion, presentation and reporting.

   •  Excellent project management skills, including planning, tracking, and     

       reporting.

   •  Excellent communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

   •  Self-management, always challenge and question current status and find the

       way forward.

3. Following experience would be a plus:

   •  SW automation test.

   •  Data analysis and mining.

   •  Outsource management.

Other        Good communication skill both in Chinese and English.
