Development Unit IP & Broadband (DUIB) China Technology and Innovation (T&I) is a unit within Company China R&D, with vision to strengthen DUIB Technology Leadership. It is the place to work if you have the ability and desire to make a change to the IP& Broadband futures.

 

•       Investigate, prototype and recommend new technologies which can be leveraged for use across IP & Broadband product line

•       Collaborate with colleagues across DUIB and other Company organizations to achieve prototype identification, planning, demonstration

•       As leader role in the prototyping team to develop use case and architecture, implement the prototype and handover it to product team

•       Working as technical driver in innovation and standardization activities throughout DUIB China

 

•       M.S. or equivalent in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering

•       Strong systems thinking with design background in IP & Broadband products

•       Strong knowledge and/or experience for 1 or more of below areas:

•       SDN, Network Function Virtualization (NFV)

•       Network Virtualization, Cloud

•       Ethernet, IP/MPLS

•       MBH solutions

•       EMS/NMS

•       Skillful with C/C++ and/or Java under Linux development environment

•       Strong leadership and teamwork skills, ability to co-operate and work with people from different cultures or different groups, and effectively deliver results using distributed, virtual teams

•       Track record of contribution to open source community and/or standardization forums is a strong plus

•       Self-motivated, innovative, hands-on and a strong problem resolver

•       Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin

•       Good practices with Agile software development is a plus
