This position is within Company R&D organization, focusing on solving issues from our global markets as part of the Global Support setup.
Company is the world¡¯s largest telecom services provider and we handle hundreds of thousands customer issues yearly, while R&D support is the highest level of our setup to secure customer network operations. Profound technical knowledge about one or a few packet core products (SGSN, GGSN, MME, S/P-GW, PCRF etc) is mandatory.
As a support engineer your main responsibilities are to together with your team:
- Handle CSR (Customer Service Requests)
- Emergency handling.
- Perform troubleshooting on node (live and lab).
- Participate/Run customer Demos.
- Participle in FOA, GPD projects (oversea and domestic)
- Close co-operation with your interfaces, within R&D as well as Local Support Unit.
- Located in Shanghai, Short-term travel domestic and International
Qualifications
- Excellent Packet Core Network products knowledge (preferably R&D customer Support or I&V experience), 3~5 years related working experience is needed.
- Talent in technical troubleshooting
- GPRS/WCDMA/LTE network Knowledge
- Very good verbal and written English
- Good customer mindset
- Good communication skill with outgoing personality
- Can work under stress
- Have an open mind, positive attitude and a constructive way of solving problems
- Be self-confidence and accountable
Preferably a Master of Science / Bachelor degree or equivalent in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering |
