Company China Access Network R&D Center is looking for Senior Linearization & Efficiency Algorithm Developer for base station radio unit development.

 

You will response for algorithm development for Linearization and Efficiency technical includes:

•      Setup up behavior model for analogue component such as DAC/ADC, I/Q Modulator, Power Amplifier

•      Algorithm simulation and optimization including Digital Pre-distortion, I/Q compensation, Envelope Tracking, Doherty, CFR, Feed Forward etc

•      Support FPGA and RF designer to implement algorithm into products

•      Research on next generation linearization and efficiency technology for Radio Base Station

 

•      Dr. in Wireless Communication or equivalent

•      3 + years’ experience in linearization & efficiency algorithm developing

•      Solid knowledge in simulation tools such as Matlab, Agilent SystemVue etc

•      Good written and spoken English

•      Good communication skills and social abilities

Preferred Experience on

•      Volume RBS product algorithm develop

•      RBS linearization & efficiency algorithm implementation

•      RBS Transmitter architecture and implementation

•      Debug experience with Power Amplifier
