1.  Responsible for PA (power amplifier) part solution, design and verification in base station for GSM, WCDMA, CDMA2000, FDD LTE and TDD LTE mobile communication system.

2.  Provide reasonable PA proposal according to system requirement, including link budget, power budget and line-up. Finish PA key components evaluation and select suitable PA solution.

3.  Complete PA design and verification, including simulation and schematic design. Support PCB engineer to finalize layout.

 

1.  With strong root cause analysis capability. With ability to quickly find PA related issue in integration test, produce line and customer onsite.

2.  Good at team work. Work together with I&V to solve PA related issue and support production line to realize produce test and improve PA yield.

3.  Familiar with PA theory and state-of-the-art PA technique used in mobile communication instrument, including PA linearization and efficiency improvement technique.

4.  With strong ability to learn new technique and willing to research up-to-date technique.

5.  Experience in PA design and verification is preferred.

6.  Skillfully use test instruments, including vector network, spectrum analyzer and power meter.

7.  Familiar with CAD tools, such as Mentor or Cadence. And familiar with ADS simulation tool.

8.  Mayjor in E&E and Microwave and electromagnetic field.

9.  Good listening, writing, reading and oral English ability.
