This Position is responsible for developing and managing software engineering program that support Company China product development.

•       Responsible for the cost, schedule, launch, and technical performance of product development.

•       Directs all phases of program(s) from inception through completion.

•       Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the program on schedule and within budget constraints.

•       Develops and coordinates program plans to meet business needs; is responsible for schedule, budget planning, cost control, applicable program support, and cross-departmental collaboration.

•       Coordinates and participates in technology project reviews. Coordinates proposal preparation,; establish milestones and drive execution.

•       Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

•       BS degree, or higher, in computer science or related engineering field

•       15+ working experience in Hi-Tech industry

•       At least 5 years of experience in program management, independently managed full lifecycle program and global program

•       Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development. Requires strong technical skills and knowledge in software product development.  Experience in embedded software development or hardware product development is a big plus.

•       Must be self motivated, flexible, and willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

•       Must have excellent interpersonal skills.

•       Good communication in both English and Mandarin, written and oral. Being able to lead meetings/discussions and present reports to native English speakers
