PURPOSE OF JOB:
Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.
Work in Core Camera SW as Staff/Senior Engineer with innovative thinking to handle development, Core technical investigation, Coaching etc. based on Android Platform released by Qualcomm.
Algorithm related experience is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Development ¨C Capability to handle Feature Design, Troubleshooting, Performance Improvement, Reviewing from Architecture view etc.
2. Core Technical Investigation ¨C Capability to handle Feasibility/Possibility Analysis, follow new technical trends, Algorithm Analysis, Prototyping, Optimization etc.
3. Coaching ¨C Good Communications, Good Presentation Skill, Collaborative Skills, Team work, Good English Oral
4. Innovation ¨C New Idea maker, Innovative Thinking, Fast Prototype Maker.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1. Proficient in C/C++, Java language.
Proficient in Linux commands, script and Makefile.
A good understanding of Linux kernel
2. Proficient in Android Framework & HAL development of Camera. Experience of camera HAL & driver development is most preferred
3. Good English Communication, Quality Mindset and strong Customer Focus |
