- The Director of HR¡¯s primary responsibility is to quickly establish an effective internal HR process, infrastructure while building a high performing HR team for the company.
Job Description
- Establish an effective internal HR process & infrastructure
- Support key talent recruitment for the company
- A key driver in defining and cultivate a performance driven working culture with high team spirit
- Oversee people management and communication (internal & external) management for the company
- Supervise and provide consultation to management on staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labour relations.
- Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals
- Recruit, develop and lead a high performing HR department
- Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
- Facilitates the management team to bring best solutions for employees
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the company
Qualification
- University or master degree
- Minimum 10 years experience in HR professional function
- Minimum 3 years experience of HR leadership position
- Proven track record in building up organization from scratch
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
- A constructive team player
- Strong willingness for extra mile for everything he/she performs |
