-The Director of Finance¡¯s primary responsibility is to quickly establish an effective internal finance process, infrastructure while building a highly performing finance team for the company.
Job Description
- Establish an effective internal finance process & infrastructure
- Sets the financial objectives and goals of the company
- Recruit, develop and lead a high performing accounting department
- Directs and plans company¡¯s financial activities
- Responsible for financial reports to stockholders, tax returns as well as financial reports created inside the company
- Act as company secretary for legal entities and main interface to governmental & tax authorities
Qualification
- University degree in accounting or economy
-Minimum 10 years experience in finance or accounting professional position with good knowledge of financial control /cost management
- Cumulative experience in managerial positions within the field of finance and business control
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Extensive local government relation experience will be highly appreciated |
