Company China R&D LTE Research Center is looking for (Senior) L3 SW Design engineers for Company TDD-LTE eNodeB product.

China, in especially China Mobile, is in its ramping up stage from 3G era to adopting the most cutting-edge wireless communication technology through deploying the world’s biggest TDD-LTE network. In the challenging of the projects, the mission of LTE search Center is to secure at least 25% market share for Company in China through design and deliver highly customized, high quality TDD-LTE eNodeB product to boost the customer satisfaction; while in the meantime, being ahead of our competitors and maintaining  Company’s technology leadership role in this domain.

As part of the team, you will be enrolled into this most advanced wireless technology development from prototype design to commercial deployment covering the every single step in the whole product life cycle chain. You as a SW designer will work together with the most talented colleagues from all over the world to finish the feasibility study, systemization, SW design, implementation and integration of our eNodeB product, troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues and finally getting our products up and running in customer network.

 

• M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science, Wireless Communication or Electronic Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years SW Design working experience for wireless telecommunication product

• Familiar with LTE key technology.

• Familiar with radio resource control and LTE eNodeB layer 3 SW design

• Proficiency in C++

• Familiar with OO design, design pattern and UML tool

• Proficient in embedded SW design on Linux/OSE platform with good knowledge on shell scripts writing such as Perl, Ruby, etc

• Quality and efficiency minded, analytical thinking.

• Dedicated, result oriented professional with a reputation for getting the job done.

• Quick learner, willing to take challenges, thriving in fast paced, high-pressure environment

• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, good command of both Mandarin and English.
