Hardware Acoustics Engineer

Responsibility
- Own, drive, perform and coordinate new acoustics components evaluation, analysis, decision and verification
- Familiar with component roadmap, CR investigation and share experience
- Responsible for the design environments, including reference design, PDP, CDB
- Work together with system experts to make acoustics sub system design analysis and verification plan
- Support product project for the component application verification and design optimization
- Technical interface towards acoustics vendors

Qualification
- At least 3 years experience working in acoustics area
- Rich experience with platform and new components design
- Can asserts own ideas and persuades others, gaining support and commitment from others; mobilizes people to take action, using creative approaches to motivate others
- Can identify project risk, priorities, take action to reduce risk and prevent risk
- Fluent in English
- Be highly responsible and proactive. Pursue high performance skills consistently. Strong willingness to walk extra miles for excellence
