Staff Configuration Manager

PURPOSE OF JOB:
Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.
The Configuration Manager is responsible as an object to the Main Projects and supports them with proposals and building the Product Structures, Sales Items setup and handling all product documentations in the system.
The Configuration Management also supports Product Development and the whole of Organization in issues regarding all our information systems used, including training in some but not all systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To build the product structure, Sales Items setup, drive and upload product documents for product to be approved and release in the system
2. To provide budget and time plan regards to configuration management for assigned project
3. To follow up on all project product structure and product document related issues during execution phase
4. To follow up on all high volume products Sales Items, product structure and product documents update, revise and ECI preparation
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1. Project / Object management skills
2. Product Development knowledge within telecommunication, Electronic consumer products
3. Practice good leadership, self-motivated and self-improvement is must
4. Good analytical skills and strong communication skills
