Reporting : Head of Business Finance Competence Center (BFCC), RNEA

 

This position will perform the Contract Controller activities for Mainland China. 

To ensure the success of this role, you need to be able to connect business control, sales, operations and business finance competence center together with the common focus of governing our projects. 

It is necessary to have diverse experience across our business in the areas of operations, project management and a solid financial understanding of contracts to make this role successful.

The aim is to develop this team to be the trusted partner providing expert financial advice on contract governance.

 

Main responsibilities

• Bring together the sales, operations and finance teams to secure project governance across Hardware, Software and Services

• Become the expert resource and support for the business on system set up of our contracts

• Provide advice and expertise in translating contract conditions into a financial structure

• Analyze system compatibility to opportunities

• Secure proper contract accounting and governance across the business

• Validate contract set-up in SAP ONE! system and work with the teams on issues and improvements

• Assist with escalations and help isolate root causes and solutions

• Ensure adherence to Company's accounting directives

 

 

Education:

University degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Experience:

3-5 years’ experience with Contract management

Solid understanding of Telecon Network Business Model

Competence in reviewing project financials and an interest in analyzing root causes

Good Company Knowledge

Fluent in English
