Describe the overall nature and purpose of the job as it exists today.

To design PWB/FPC board for mobile phone, deliver production data and documents on time with high quality and right cost.

 

1.(1)Make layout solution including layer stackup, placement floorplan, routing strategy with good performance and right cost

(2) Finalize placement with good balance electrical function and DFM performance

(3)Finish routing by try hard to fulfill SI and EMC/ESD requirement(design input)

2. (1)Schematic drawing according to reference design

(2)Library apply and assist verify both electrical interconnection and SMT performance

(3)Specific part symbol and footprint creation

3. Generate files by following standard design process:

-PWB&FPC manufacture data(Gerber or ODB++)

-SMT&SMA production documents

-PSA requirement and issue PDA to vendor

4. (1)Sub object schedule management including main project schedule review and made sub object implement plan

(2)Join the review meeting with cross function by presenting CAD solution

(3)Involved in PWB&FPC vendor selection

5. (1)EDA tool(Mentor Graphic or Zuken ) skillful use and support EL team (problem solve and training)

(2)CAD design process and design guide line follow up and feedback for optimize

 

1. Rich PWB &FPC technology experience

Familiar with EDA tools (Mentor Graphic or Zuken)

2. Cross function communication skill

Fluent English for both oral and writing skill

3. Project quality and time management skill
