Multichannel Maturity Model (Mcm2®) are Companys Consulting services providing customer-centric methodology enabling retailers to deploy multi-channel solutions.
 
Job Purpose:
     Work with and alongside clients providing expert Retail Consultancy to enable them to become or excel as Multichannel retailers.
     Representing IVIS Group in a variety of business situations varying in size and complexity.
 
Key Accountabilities:
     Provide expert Retail Operations knowledge to clients, assisting their business in areas of:
-        Product Range and Range Strategy
-        Merchandising
-        Marketing and Brand Management
-        Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution
     Provide expert Retail e-Commerce knowledge to clients, assisting their business in areas of:
-        Site taxonomy and creative
-        Product presentation and photography
-        Product descriptions and site content
-        Pricing and Promotions
-        Online marketing, cross selling and up selling
-        Online customer journey analysis and interpretation
-        Search Engine Optimisation
-        Trading Strategy
-        Product picking and fulfilment
     Provide expert Retail Strategy knowledge to clients, assisting their business in areas of:
-        Business KPIs andCreation of P&L
-        Customer Service Operations
-        Creation of Work
-        Affiliate networks and alternate revenue streams
-        Streams
-        Roles and Job Descriptions
     Create reports and documentation on all work delivered, enabling knowledge transfer between consultants.
 
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
     End to end understanding of the ecommerce process, developed by working in either a start-up internet retail business or a mature site including:
-        Roles in the team
-        Tools used
-        How ecommerce interfaces with core bricks and mortar business if it exists
-        Key KPI¡¯s
-        Some understanding of the revenue model
     Knowledge of retail whether food or non-food such as
-        Brand strategy
-        Range Strategy
-        Product and promotional planning
-        Marketing activity including impact/benefits
-        Customer shopping habits
-        Knowledge of competitors
     Customer focussed and ability to interpret customer data to provide insight and develop action plans
     Understanding of information management, its source and ability to determine criteria and formats
     Communicates fluently in Chinese(?) and English; both written and verbal
