As an HR advisory officer:
You are able to equip yourself with all rounded HR knowledge covering all the HR functions like recruitment, C&B, talent management and HR regulations
You will also be provided with the opportunity of experiencing best in class HR practice in Fortune 500 leading Telecommunication Company
You will also have the chance to lead the HR process change by leading various HR projects

Responsibilities:
Handle daily HR inquiries from employees through HR hotline, mail and web, enable to provide immediate and accurate HR solutions in a professional manner
Provide HR operation support, work as HR project leader in various HR projects and initiatives
Be proactive in building and sharing knowledge within all HR areas to all other team members
Qualifications
Customer focused attitude, strong team work spirit
Good communication skills and interpersonal ability
Basic knowledge of project management, ability to drive HR projects independently
Bachelor Degree or above, major in language study, Psychology or Human Resources Management is preferred
Preferable more than 1 year of work experience within a Human Resources area
High proficiency in Japanese, English and Chinese |
