COMPANY Group is looking for a passionate and experienced solutions architect to work with their clients. The Architect would represent COMPANY Group at a technical level in a variety of business situations varying in size and complexity. They must be hands-on and enjoy working in challenging environments.
 
Role Summary:
An Executive Director has full responsibility of a portfolio of clients and a team of at least three people. She/he is overall in charge of growing the client portfolio revenue and developing skills and expertise within the team. An Executive Director works with a few, large, clients and is responsible for growing and managing multi-channel strategy for the clients including the client¡¯s multi-channel strategies she/he has strong relationships with Senior Managers on the client side and also often has contact with other of the client¡¯s external parties.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
Account Management
l   Manage and own client relationships and be seen as a trusted partner
l   Know your clients and market thoroughly and use your knowledge to identify new business opportunities and grow revenues 
l   Gain a thorough understanding of COMPANY Group¡¯s services and products and successfully sell/pitch them to clients
l   Respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) and prepare estimates and resources for pitches  Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships  Be responsible for budgets and costs, ensuring profitability margins are met 
l   Negotiate deals, rates, terms and conditions with clients 
l   Forecast and monitor upcoming opportunities 
l   Meet revenue goals and grow the client portfolio revenues
 
Multichannel ¨C Subject Matter Expert
l   Engage with prospects/clients to develop retail systems/process roadmaps and transition plans.  Manage business transformation specialising in the Retail sector 
l   Working with the client to define and develop multi-channel strategies 
l   Managing, developing and growing the multi-channel programme for the clients 
l   Working with the client to deliver the best in class online and cross channel experience for the client¡¯s customers 
l   Advise on all aspects of the multi-channel operations and marketing mix and their deployment to achieve a clients business objectives 
l   Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client¡¯s business
 
Operation Management
l   Ensures the operations align with the COMPANY Group¡¯s mission, strategic objectives and policies.
l   Resource Management and Recruitment
l   Ensuring the COMPANY Group follows local laws and regulations, liaising with management at the COMPANY Group HQ and providing reports on activities, ensuring proper financial controls are in place  Coach and lead your team
 
Required Experience
l   Subject matter expert in one or more areas of Marketing/customer insight, supply management, commercial/pricing/merchandising
l   Ecommerce and multi-channel experience gained in retail or consultancy
l   P&L responsibility
l   Extensive experience in retail and multi-channel. You will understand what challenges retails face
l   Demonstrate profitable growth of client accounts though wide-ranging account management skills in China
l   Ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results
l   Good understanding of: user experience development, platform development and direct to consumer operations 
l   Your working style will be entrepreneurial and professional. You will be a team player but also a self-starter who is driven to excel. You will thrive when working in fast paced environments and be inspired by innovation and technology.
