1. • Be responsible for application fixture implementation / training /

     governerance / supporting

    • Be responsible for base fixture implementation / training / supporting

    • Secure fixture schedule / quality for all projects

    • Coordinate application fixture design and verification

    • Maintain application design guide line

    • Update DFM requirement --- fixture related

    • Maintain design guide line

    • Support new component  producibility verification

2.  • Support fixture house capacity / capability..

3.  • Support testing team during Proto phase

    • Support factory for critical issue in volume phase

 

1.  Manual Fixture or automated fixture design experience

2.  Project management skill is a plus

3.  Familiar with Gage R&R

4.  Fluent in spoken and written English and an ambition to meet and travel to

    other countries and cultures.

5.  Ability to work in team and independently.

    Good communication skills
