1.  Design, develop, execute, and deliver consumer and transport packaging into  

    production

2.  Investigate and recommend material for consumer and transport packaging

    construction designs

3.  Create and release specifications for consumer and transport packaging

    construction designs

4.  Review and release consumer packaging artworks and communicate with

    external pre press vendor to secure that files have agreed quality for print

5.  Support production factories with information about material quality, print

    quality and,  construction solution.

    This support may include travel to the sites used for production by Company

6.  Perform, together with concerned interfaces, all necessary test scenarios and

    verifications needed for consumer and transport packaging.

    Produce reports on performed tests, visits or any other significant tasks or

    areas that are  subject for structured documentation

-  Project leading ability, feel comfortable with own prioritizations

-  Experience from project organizations, working towards deadlines

-  Relevant education in Packaging Engineering or equivalent

-  Experience from packaging design software such as Artios CAD, CAPE Pack etc.

-  Experience from testing and verification of packaging

-  Fluent in written and spoken English

-  Custom to communication with people in a global environment

 

1.  Planning, budgeting, executing, following-up to bring about the successful

    completion of  project and its deliverables (on time, on budget).

    Identify, analyze, assess, prioritize and take actions on risks in a structured and

    documented  way (Risk management). Being proactive and securing back-up

    plans.

    Listening in with the project members to pick up on things before they become

    an issue.

    Makes and implements improvements by applying lessons learnt.

    Asking for feedback regarding own performance and giving feedback to object

    members/interfaces.

    Keeping project information and documentation in an organized structured way

    which makes it easy for others, back-ups or successors to access.

    Having good knowledge of project leading related software and tools (e.g. MS

    Office, incl. MS project, SPACE, Metadoc)

2.   Knowledge in appropriate methods/tools to drive process improvement projects

     (to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and measure impact).

     Knowledge regarding Global Packaging process knowledge. Processes are  

     followed. Actively contribute to improving the process by adding suggestions in

     Improvement database.

3.   Have good knowledge of packaging related software and tools (Adobe

     Illustrator, Artios CAD, Microsoft Office, CAPE Pack, SPACE etc.)

     Construction design, material, and printing knowledge..

     Knowledge is used in securing high quality with low internal error rate for

     deliverables.

     Knowledge of SEMC and Supplier Production prerequisites. Ability to adjust and

     find new efficient solutions regarding Global Packaging deliverables.

     Knowledge regarding production and limitations.
