Create an efficient planning of the Supply chain and the optimizing and control of the regional warehouse function as well as optimized regional distribution lanes

Facilitate that imported and exported material or equipments are handled in a timely and effective way, covering transportation and customs handling.

Support the warehouse provider with a wide range of operational advice and improvement programs, from goods marking and packing quality to stream-lined warehouse processes thru relations building

Define processes, KPI's, operational efficiency and cost performance with the key interfaces

Decide on corrective actions and drive improvements work together with the warehouse providers

Drive weekly and monthly performance review meetings

Give advice in complex areas like unclear product mix, supplier related issues and distribution matters.

Be the operator's local SAP Warehouse module support person

 

Bachelor degree or above in Logistic or relevant area

Excellent knowledge in standard warehouse processes and distribution processes as well as SAP Warehouse module

Excellent knowledge of Chinese customs rules and regulations as well as general trade compliance knowledge

Supply chain knowledge and Project Management is preferred

Excellent communication and driving skill

Strong sense of customer focus and result oriented

Fluent in English speaking and writing
