This position is accountable for developing campus strategy and solution for region, meanwhile developing and maintaining relationships with Campus, and leading Campus related recruiting activities as well as developing maintaining the employer brand on the Campus,

 

Campus Relation Management

 

· Work closely with Head of Talent Acquisition to identify and respond to manpower needs from a resourcing perspective.

· Build and maintain partnerships and long term strategic relationships with targeted universities for pipeline graduates and brand promotion throughout region.

· Determine campus recruiting strategy at targeted universities

· Lead, administer, and coordinate Campus recruitment and Internship programs.

· Implement strategic Campus related initiatives and programs (e.g., trainee program, scholarship program, etc)

· Solicit feedback on matters pertaining to Campus recruiting.

 

Candidate should have the following qualification, skills and/or experiences:

· Above Bachelor degree - Essential.

· Showing initiative, perseverance and have good communication & co-operation skills.

· Strong team-work and willing to take challenge.

· Good command of English (verbal and written)

· Work well under pressure

· Good knowledge or experience in recruitment or campus program- Desirable
