RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.  Support the IT business units with process management expertise and drive process management towards a global and standardized set-up.
2.  Evaluate Process Performance - Define, maintain and audit process performance and its maturity.
3.  Coach & train our process owners and process managers with process methodology, process modeling standard,  conducting workshops etc.
4.  Analyze general IT improvement needs , prepare decision material and drive
implementation.
5.  Support the IT compliance management function

Other     ITIL knowledge (ITIL foundation certificate)
