- BSEE with at least 9 years or MSME with at least 6 years of hand-on experience in the notebook hardware design is required.

- In-depth knowledge of motherboard and system architecture, circuit design, board design, board/system level issues troubleshooting skills.

- Familiar with Cadence/Concept HDL tools and other related tools, PCB manufacture and related technologies, HDI technology and SMT process is must.

- Solid BIOS knowledge, understanding of hardware, software, driver interactions is a must.

- Rich experience on EMC and other notebook certifications are plus.

- Ability to operate as a coach to motivate and lead team.

- Working experience in ODM and multinational company

- Good Communication skills in mandarin and English both verbal and written are critical.

- Proved strong leadership

- Sound ODM/OEM engagement and management skill set is desired.

- Familiar with IA overall architecture is a MUST

 

Researches, designs, develops, and tests compelling PC client motherboard including AIO, ULT, NB and DT based on IA architecture.
