此职位的目的/PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
1, To support production line run smoothly for solve the Parts issue, assembly issue, FTM issue.
2, To be the product evolution change owner in plant and coordinate with related function for PEP launching for parts switching, BOM upload, qualification.
3, To support the Tooling, Localization, QVE, Supplier Transfer project for Samples qualification, Trial run, LIS;
4, To support other related function(Marketing, Quality, Logistic, Production) to solve product issue, parts issue;
5, To support the Product Reblancing projects for Technical task as technical file clarification, Bom, parts qualification, product qualification;
6, To set up the communication with CE team, to implement the temporary works in plant according to CE's direction;
7, To keep the same product performance as worldwide level strictly follow the global direction.
8, To get the improvement on quality, productivity with the support from Design office;
目标及主要职责/Objective and key responsibility
-Technical Antenna Mission:
n To have the communication with design office with regular meeting (weekly, biweekly or monthly)
-The production support mission:
n To ensure the production running smoothly: The production shutdown day is not more than 3 due to technical issue within one month
- Technical evolution mission
n To ensure the technical evolution application within schedule; The technical evolution applied without any problem 95% (Version mixed, technical files, loss…)
- QVE(Supplier change, Raw material change, process change) & BACKUP TOOL Qualification, Localization
n To do the qualification with qualification plan on difference project (QVE+Backup tool) - New product project
n To support the new project launching in plant. And work for the project as Technical jobs for TA area

* 必须的/compulsory：Graduated with university & good English for communication
* 理想的/Ideal： More experience with production support or project support
所需的工作经验/REQUIREMENT OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
* 必须的/compulsory： 1~2 years in manufacture area
* 理想的/Ideal： more than 3 years with similary position
