The requirements on our products, from both existing and potential new customers, are currently very high and there is a big demand of product support.
In order to meet the demands above and to secure a continued success of the Company Packet Core products, we are expanding support area.
As a support engineer your main responsibilities are to together with your team:
- Handle CSR of PCRF in Packet Core. Company's product name is SAPC (Service-Aware Policy Controller)
- Perform troubleshooting on node (live and lab)
- Participate/Run customer Demos
- Participate in FOA
- Close co-operation with your interfaces, within PDU as well as MU/GSC
Qualifications
- GPRS/WCDMA/4G network Knowledge and excellent Service Aware relevant product knowleadge
- TCP/IP knowleadge
- Basic Linux administrator's knowleadge and advanced user skills
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Good customer mindset
- Excellent communication skill with outgoing personality
- Can work under stress
- Excellent team work
- Willing to share knowleadge
- Have an open mind, positive attitude and a constructive way of solving problems
- Be self confidence and accountable
Preferably a Master of Science / Bachelor degree or equivalent in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering |
