Staff/Senior Configuration Management Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.      Design and Optimize the SW Configuration tool chain

2.      Design of software configuration management strategy, creation and maintenance of development environment;

3.      Provide training on the related tools and process to software engineers;

4.      Optimize and automate Configuration Management processes

5.      Provide professional consultant about software configuration management for development teams;

 

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:

1.      >3 years  in software configuration management;

2.      .>3years in JAVA.  Familiar with Python, Perl, GMake. Experience with CM tools development is required.

Familiar with C, C++.

3.      Familiar with at least one source control system and change management system(Experience with GIT is a plus); Experiences with continuous integration systems (Hudson) is a plus

4.      Experiences with mobile phone industries

5.      Good interpersonal and communication skills. Should be able to communicate effectively both in written and oral English

Other.       Self-motivated and capable of working independently on extended assignments
