1.               Responsible for software verification section, people management, cost management, team performance driving. 

2.               Accountable for the project verification execution efficiency and quality.  Key driver of test strategy improvement

3.               Responsible for test competence buildup and continuous improvement. 

4.               Act as a key contributor to the global verification strategy forum. Close cooperation with other SW verification teams globally.

5.               Close work together other teams within/outside IM&SWV unit, demonstrate the boundary mindset and seek for the operation improvement.

1.      6 year or above working experience in software design and verification area. Experience in mobile industry is a preference.

At least 3 years leadership experience.

2.      Strong knowledge and skills on mobile software design, software verification technology and methodology. Rich experience on project management.

3.      Skilled in communication and act proactively

Very good oral and written English.
