Qualifications include:
1. Must have minimum of 1~2 years of experience in developing multi-threaded Windows applications using C/C++ with Object Oriented design & programming. Experience with C#/.NET is a plus.
2. Experience with Windows GUI application development is highly desirable, especially for WPF/XAML/HTML5/CSS3/Javascript/iOS UI/Android UI
3. Experience with Media Application is highly desirable, especially for DirectShow development, audio/video codec integration and various audio/video codec & file formats. For candidates have the good background on this, we can accept their weakness in oral English communications, but reading/written is must have.
4. Experience with browser plug-in development, COM/ATL/ActiveX, is highly desirable
5. Experience with MSI-based Windows installer or other installer technology is highly desirable
6. Experience with lightweight database client development on Windows platforms is desirable, e.g. with SQLLite
7. Experience with Windows Socket network programming is highly desirable
8. Must have strong problem solving ability, and a desire to deliver cutting edge technology in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
9. Must have good English read/written communication skills. Able to verbally communicate with foreign team members
10. Experienced in working in multi-national teams is highly desirable
11. Experience with Agile or other software development processes is desirable
12. Experience with Flash, Apple OSX GUI, Android, iOS, and WP7 mobile apps application development is a plus
13. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Development and bug fixing associated with RealPlayer product launches and releases
2. Participation in design and code peer reviews
3. Communication with peer SDEs, QA, and PGM
4. Participation in continuous process improvement
5. Collaboration with Program Mgmt in delivering progress reports
6. Technical Due diligence related to new features and functionality

• Must have Windows desktop applications test experience
• Must have experience in using bug tracking systems and bug resolution process
• Experience in creating test plan and test cases documents is highly desirable
• Experience in generating comprehensive test report documents is highly desirable
• Experience with testing multi-media application is highly desirable
• Must have strong problem solving ability, and a desire to deliver top quality software products in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must have good English read/written communication skills. Able to verbally communicate with foreign team members
• Experienced in working in multi-national teams is highly desirable
