Roles & Responsibilities:
-        Managing the entire Mobile Phone Software Project with different complexities
     Cover all project phases, such as planning, execution, customer acceptance, & maintenance.
     Drive all SW activates, such as scope management, platform integration, feature development, & verification, across SW organizations.
     Interact with all SW stakeholders, such as HW, Customers (representative), Quality & Validation, Production, Program Management, etc
     Deliver SW to 1 or more customers, including operators & trade market.
-        Managing the project toward its goal in terms of scope, time, costs, and quality. This includes monitoring and tracking project time schedules, and focusing on the needs and prioritizations of the customer.
-        Familiarizing with the project's background, end effects and preconditions, and informing all members of the project team.
-        Formulating the goals, objectives and delimitations of the project together with the members of the project team.
-        Reaching agreement with the project sponsor about the project's "field of play", such as goals, time and budget frames, the forms of communication and decision-making and follow-up routines.
-        Ensuring that the work is structured and schedules are drawn up to facilitate realization.
-        Reaching agreement with resource owners about the assignment of people and other resources. Including HW-resource need.
-        Motivating colleagues in the team and securing support for the project in the organization.
-        Handling uncertainties and possibilities in the project, for example by active risk management.
-        Keeping the project sponsors and reference network up-to-date and informed about any deviations.
-        Keeping in touch with the internal receivers
-        achieving the project goals and objectives
-        Handing over the results of the project to the internal receiver.
-        Reviewing "lessons learned", writing a final report and informing about the experience gained. In addition, assist line-management with feedback for continues process development through the whole project.
-        Establishing the necessary preconditions and "tools for the job" so that everybody is able to work, cooperate and communicate.
 
Qualification:
-        Bachelor degree or above
-        Professional education on Computer or Electronic or Telecommunication
-        More than 5 years Software Project management experience
-        7 year mobile phone industry experience
-        More than10 years working experience
-        10 year software development working experience
-        Good leadership to move the team towards success
-        Good communication, influence, conflict management skills
