RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Accountable for industry top-performing e2e portfolio delivery result across all Beijing SW product releases
2. Responsible for establishing a strong performance driven working culture with high efficiency and effectiveness in daily operation
3. Act as a visionary leader in shaping the product oriented release methodology, work closely with global functions and across R&D sites in the realization of the new ways of working
4. Serve as the interface towards all external suppliers in vendor evaluation, selection and improvements
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES: 
1. Strong track record in software project management with minimum 10 years of leadership experience
2. Exceptional knowledge and skills in overall software release cycle, in particular project/program management
3. Able to excel in idea generation, evaluation and prioritization, customer and partner       engagement, cross-functional cooperation and building/ developing strong project amangement team.
4. A strong communicator
5. An open minded towards change, ability to prioritize and delegate, lead by example in everything we do
