Sr. Manager, PMO, Application SW

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Be responsible for managing project office of application software development as people manager
2. Responsible for program management of all application projects.
3. Define and drive process and strategy for application software, with following and breakdown strategy from Software Development Beijing.
4. Drive performance, set KPI and follow up with the team.
5. Secure quality and efficiency of application projects. Be part of Application software management team, participant strategy and operation work.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
1. Above 5 years project managerial experience with 3 more year line management. (Manager of managers are preferred)
2. 8+ years working experience in communication R&D, software development and relevant industry.
3. Multinational working experience is a plus.
4. Engineering working background in comm./software
Good understanding of mobile communication technology and engineering working methodology
5. Fluent English is must
