1.    Manage one System & Integration section with 15-25 team members, mainly focus on Bring Up, MIB,etc

2.    Lead team to support project by driving the technical solution

3.    Responsible for team activity daily operational

4.    Identify key technical area and drive the competence build up

5.    Support and coach the members

1.    More than 8 years work experiences, with ~4 years software development experience；At least 2~3 years project/team management experiences

2.    Strongly technical background, and technical sense at frontier mobile technology

3.    Experience on product & platform development

4.    Result oriented and production driven is highly considered.

5.    Good communication, influence, conflict management skills

6.    Verbally and in writing being fluent in English
