1.    Manage one application development section with 15-25 team members, mainly focus on backup &Restore, NFC, system apps,etc

2.    Lead team to develop applications with good quality

3.    Responsible for team activity daily operational

4.    Identify competence need and drive development within the section.

5.    Support and coach the members of the section.

1.    More than 8 years work experiences, at least 4 years application development experiences；At least 3~4 years team management experiences

2.    Strongly production and quality mindset, especially at decoupled Android application production development.

3.    Strongly technical background, strongly technical sense at frontier mobile technology

4.    Experience from lifecycle of production development: app feature definition, UI&UE design, development, verification, deploy, maintenance.

5.    Result oriented and production driven is highly considered.

6.    Good communication, influence, conflict management skills

7.    Verbally and in writing being fluent in English
