Test Environment Engineer for Packet Core R&D and Packet Core GTEC Support

Description
In this position, the engineer will be responsible for test environment support for Packet Core local R&D or Packet Core GTEC, the test environment will cover SGSN, GGSN, MME, CPG, MPG, Dallas, SASN and SAPC etc.
The responsibility will include but not be limited to following fields:
- Install, configure, integrate and maintain the Packet Core 2G/3G/4G test environment setup, including SGSN, GGSN, MME, CPG, MPG, Dallas, SASN and SAPC etc.
- Understand the remote network in LN and provide support on the remote lab for the outbound requests of local R&D
- Review business case with customer to identify alternatives
- Handle RT tickets actively and seek for positive feedback from customers
- Propose new ideas/suggestion for TE improvements
- Initiatives/actions to improve customer satisfaction

Experience/knowledge within the following areas is required:
- Preferably a Master of Science / Bachelor degree or equivalent in any of the following: Computer Science, Telecommunication, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering
- Good knowledge in Linux and Unix (Solaris)
- Good knowledge in GPRS and WCDMA systems
- Good knowledge in GSN system architecture
- Good knowledge in routers and switches
- Good knowledge in IP networks integration and verification
Experience/knowledge within the following areas is considered as a plus:
- 1~2 years working experience in Company SAPC, SASN products
- 1~2 years working experiences in Company SGSN/MME/GGSN/MPG/CPG/Dallas products
- 1~2 years working experience in Company NSP/TSP platform
- 1~2 years working experience in Linux HA
